Every KaiKai piece is handmade by Mom in Tarragona (Spain), so your parcel travels with a little extra love inside. We ship to Spain, the whole European Union and many countries around the world.
Shipping costs and free shipping
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay, based on your country and order total.

InPost pickup points
In France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy and Portugal you can also have your order delivered to an InPost pickup point at a lower price. Choose "Pickup point" at checkout and, right after paying, select your point on the map on the order confirmation page. If you don't choose one, we'll assign the closest one to your address.
Delivery times
- Order preparation: 1–3 business days. Every piece is checked and packed by hand.
- Delivery in Spain: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery in Europe: approximately 4–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery to the rest of the world: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, customs or busy periods.
- You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.
Customs and taxes outside the EU
Orders shipped outside the European Union (for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada or the UAE) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.
Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated time, write to us through our contact page and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
